Jow Ga symbol and logo

Jow Ga is known for its' cross double broadswords with Mui fa in the middle of the swords logo. would anyone be willing to share their knowledge of the meaning behind it? i can't recall exactly, but i think there was a poem written, which explains the poetic meaning, but memory is getting bad as i get older so can anyone explain the meaning of our jow ga logo?

Any comments or knowledge would be appreciated?
