San Diego teacher Sifu Martin?

I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of a Dragon System and Mok Gar teacher in San Diego California named Steve Martin? I found his website but wondered if anyone knew him personally. The reason I ask is that I am looking for good teachers of southern Shaolin in San Diego. I have a hung gar background and am looking to try some other southern systems.
