The 8 Drunken Immortals that Doc Fai Wong teaches is from Chan Family Choi Lei Fut. Is the version he teaches authentic, I couldnt say but yes it is part of the system. Hung Sing of Futshan also carries a traditional drunken form called Jui Jau Laan Da Keun.
The form you mentioned of Lee Koon Hung is said to be of his own creation, though drunken of CLF is essentially like that. Hak Fu Mun has one form called Daai Jui which is quite similar to that of CLF.
