Little Help with chinese signs?

first of all happy new year...
i hope you can help me.

i got for christmas a chinese painting from my girlfriend with some cranes on it. But there is some writing on the side, and we do not read (or speak) chinese, thus we do not know what it means.

Can anyone help with the translation?

Small: It just shows who the painter is, and where he is located (in Kong Nam), and possibily when he painted it, can't really translate it for you.
