The article says the style is the same Lau Gaa of the southern Five Family Styles. (Edit: It also says that some think it's Choy Gaa)

Does anyone know whether the "spider-hands and shrimp-waist" refers specifically to this style, or is, perhaps, an older quotation about Lau Gaa Kyun?

Second last paragraph, last sentence reads:
"They say Lau Ga Kyun really got lost in Chung San and thus the Lau Ga in Wu Sa Kai Dai Chong Naam Hong Area actually is from Choy Ga Kuen."
